RETURN POLICY –
- If you have received a damage item (Products) or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it
was misrepresented on our website, you may return it within Two days of receipt & receive a free replacement.
2.Before you return the item to us, take a digital photo of the item and one or the receipt (courier, cargo etc.) it
3.Please include in the body of the email.

(B)The Product code.
(C)A brief description of the reason for the return.
4.Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an Email from us.
5.It is mandatory for you to return your item via a track able method.
6.After shipping the item to us, please send us an email with the tracking ID of your shipment.
7.After we have received the return item; we will send you an email letting you know your replacement is
8.If you are returning a product to us, the shipping charges you in Cur will not be refunded.
SHIPPING POLICY –
- There are no shipping charges with in India.
- For shipping out of India, the rates as per courier company charges will apply.
REFUND POLICY –
- If there are marks on the front side or behind the canvas or you feel that some portion of the painting
has splashes & dribbles of paint if will not be eligible for a claim.
- Any form of tearing of the canvas
(A)If it likely that the defects have been caused during transit (as evidenced by opens or damaged packaging at
the time of delivery) please report the problem immediately to the courier company and also inform us at the same
(B)If the problem is found to have been caused during transit, the courier company will agree to embark on a claim.
A refund will eventually be made to us by the courier service. We will then reimburse to you the full amount of the
refund that we received from courier service, within 30 day of receipt.
(C)Please tack a digital photograph of the painting and the packing and attach the image to email we will Study the
image and if it is found that a faulty product was dispatched by us we promise to reimburse to you reimburse to you
the full price that you paid to us on return receipt of the painting.
(D)No claim will be accepted after 7 day from the date that the package has been received by you.
